CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The No. 1 Wake Forest men's soccer team will face No. 12 Boston College, who sits atop the ACC standings, on Saturday at 7 p.m. in Chestnut Hill.

The BC Eagles are undefeated in conference matches, posting wins over Maryland, NC State, Duke, North Carolina and most recently No. 8 Virginia. Overall the Eagles are 9-3-1, with a recent non-conference 1-0 win over Dartmouth.

Alejandro Bedoya is the leading BC striker, tallying six goals and seven assists for the season. 2007 is Bedoya's first year as an Eagle, following two seasons at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Eagle goalkeeper Chris Brown has logged six shutouts for the season, playing in all but 18 minutes of the year.

The Demon Deacons, who are the ACC's current runner-up, have 12-0-2 and 4-0-1 records and will enter Saturday's contest riding a 5-match win streak. With their 25-0 scoring mark during the last five contests, the Deacons are now the national leader in team scoring percentage, shutout percentage and W-L-T percentage.

The match is set for 7 p.m. and can viewed live over the internet at ACCSelect.com.
