GREENSBORO, N.C. -
Sophomore forward Alex Tchangoue was named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic women's basketball team, announced today by league commissioner John Swofford.
To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during her academic career.
Florida State and Maryland led the conference with three honorees each, while Duke, Boston College and Virginia Tech each had two. Clemson, Miami, Virginia and Wake rounded out the 16-member team with one spot each.
